Joint Diploma Leadership: Leadership in the Contemporary World; a fully online academic program, available in Italian, Spanish, and English, structured in six modules over the course of one academic year.
Each module has an academic value of 5 ECTS credits, lasts 5 weeks, and begins with a masterclass held by an expert lecturer and delivered online in synchronous mode. On the Canvas platform, students can consult teaching materials, participate in discussions, and complete the various activities provided.

Content:
The program is based on a curriculum of virtuous leadership, inspired by the vision of Pope Benedict XVI, who promoted the education of future priests, bishops, and lay leaders in responsible leadership.
When the virtuous life of a leader is accompanied by deep human and spiritual formation, his or her capacity to serve the community and to become a beacon for others grows significantly.
Program Structure:
The diploma consists of six modules, each lasting five weeks. Each module includes a synchronous masterclass with an expert teacher during the first week.

University students, professionals, teachers, and trainers interested in ethical leadership and character formation can apply.
In which languages is the course offered?
The course is available in Italian, English, and Spanish.
What is the duration and structure of the course?
The program lasts one academic year and consists of 6 modules of 5 weeks each.
What type of certification will I receive?
At the end, students will receive a joint certificate from the Faculty of Philosophy at APRA (30 ECTS).
Is there an admission process?
Yes, direct enrollment is not possible. Applications go through an admission process managed by the Faculty of Philosophy.
How are the classes conducted?
Each module includes a live online masterclass, asynchronous learning activities, and interaction through the Canvas platform.
What technology is required to attend the courses?
A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and an updated browser are sufficient. No advanced technology is required.
How much does the course cost and how can I pay?
The total cost is €900, payable in 3 installments of €300.
Is it necessary to attend everything in real time?
Only the masterclasses are synchronous; the rest of the activities can be completed flexibly within each module’s deadlines.
Is it possible to obtain a certificate of participation?
Yes, at the end of the course students can receive a certificate of recognition from the Faculty, useful for their CV or to document their learning.
